Things are going not as planned :( Maybe today isn't just my day.Some adults are terrifying , seriously. They make you feel all bad. Now I feel terrible.

1) there will be better days
2)people have just bad days sometimes
3)better to smile rather than frown
4)i look ugly if I'm sad
5)other people have bigger problems
6)i need to deal with it step by step
7) its not that bad
